Safe. Clean air. Clean spaces. Well monitored. Adaptable to shooter needs. Knowledgeable staff. Some are really friendly right off the bat, some warm up quite a bit after you e been there a couple times, but they all have always been professional and courteous. I happily drive a long way and past lots of other shops and ranges to continue to do business there. Well done, guys. Added: I’ve seen a lot of families with kids of various ages here—obviously I’m not the only one who feels safe shooting here! It’s quite a place.

Thank you everyone at Center Mass Inc, I took my CPL class here. I had a very good instructor. I traded my firearm to purchase another firearm because I didn't like the kick to mines. I was able to rent some firearms and pick out the one that was best suited for me. I alway have a good experience when I go to the range and practice. Thanks again!

As a beginner, I've had a wonderful experience. I rented a beautiful 9mm Glock 17 and used their gun range, great gun range and the gun worked perfectly fine, used 100 rounds without any problems. Their staff are great wonderful people, very willing to help and were not bothered by my annoying questions at all and took the safely of everyone very seriously. I've had a blast here and I'm definitely coming back to purchase my first firearm from them. I'd definitely recommend this place, you won't regret it.

Employees are extremely nice, helpful and friendly here. It’s not a bad shop, but I wish it had a more diverse selection of accessories, especially quality ones. What is in store is very limited compared to other nearby places. I will never use their range again though, until massive upgrades are done to the range facility. The only good thing is they allow steel case and bimetal jacketed ammunition. That aspect is awesome, since a lot of other ranges won’t allow it due to fudd-lore and being “brass goblins.” But on to the bad.. 1. Ventilation is awful and the worst I’ve ever experienced by far. The toxic fumes from shooting just stagnate in the air, and it’s just about unbearable if more than one person is shooting. It’s bad with even just one. It’s easy to leave with a headache from the fumes. Don’t believe me, do some shooting then turn on a flashlight/weapon light. It’s bad. 2. Sound dampening/mitigation is severely lacking. This range is very noticeably louder than all other ranges I’ve been too, by far. Its very outdated and needs to be upgraded badly. There may not be any sound dampening construction at all. 3. Broken glass between shooting stations. Bullet holes all over the place where they don’t belong. Dangerous and unsafe shooters must be taken more seriously. I’ve seen inexperienced guests rent guns without any instructions. 4. Pretty poor lighting as well. I hope Center Mass takes steps to drastically improve their range facility. They’ve got a good crew of workers in a prime location of the city. Until then I won’t be back, and I’ll continue to recommended other ranges instead.
